Our porcupine quillwork  is based on examples we have studied from the Eastern Great Lakes region of North America as well as New England, the Maritime providences and New York State.  The earliest examples we have found date to 1683.  The majority of our work is from the mid to late 18th century period.  Each piece is unique.  No two pieces are exactly the same.    The quills are dyed with natural dyes that were used by the Natives in the 18th century.   We use our own brain tanned leather which is smoked and is some cases dyed with black walnut hulls.

The neck knives range from $375.00 to $1000.00

The shot pouches are $800.00 to $1000.00

The quill handled axes are $375.00

The hunting and bandolier style bags are available by quote.

Our quilled leg ties (garters) are done on braintan backed with pillow ticking and are available by quote.

The soapstone pipes with quill plainted stems are one of a kind by order only.
